Job description

Vietnam Industrial Services and Solutions Joint Stock Company (VISC) with more than 13 years of experience specializing in providing industrial machinery, equipment and supplies; Consulting and construction of automation solutions and specialized machinery. We have been accompanying many businesses such as Samsung, Honda, Vinfast, Panasonic, Yamaha, VPIC,... Due to the need to expand business, VISC is looking for a Service Staff position with the following job description. :

1. Job content:

• Install, maintain, and repair Robot systems, CNC machines, and mechanical equipment manufactured by VISC
• Instruct customers to operate machines provided by VISC
• Make plans to transport and install machinery and equipment at the customer's factory.
• Report the services after completing the work.
• Propose options for installing and repairing machinery to ensure good after-sales service support.
• Priority is given to candidates who know how to operate and program Robots from ABB, KUKA, OTC, PANASONIC brands

2. Job requirements

• Education level: Graduated from college/university in related fields, automation, mechatronics, mechanical engineering
• Having experience in maintaining, servicing, and installing machinery, equipment, and tools is an advantage
• Ability to plan and monitor work implementation according to plan.
• Foreign language: English is an advantage.
• Proactive in work, progressive, honest,
• Resistant to high pressure at work.
