VISCGroup: Summer Travel 2024-Together we grow

Every summer, the VISC Group leadership organizes a very meaningful Summer Travel event for all employees in the ecosystem. The "VISCGroup: Summer Travel 2024" program has been carefully prepared in conjunction with Red Sunshine Travel, bringing many surprises and excitement. The 4-day, 3-night trip to explore the beautiful Xuan Thanh - Ha Tinh beach is not only a time for the staff to relax and refresh after a stressful working period, but also an opportunity to connect and bond members in the VISC family. Let's follow the memorable moments of this trip with us.

Stage 1: Energetic departure

The bus carrying the big VISC Group family rolled out at 5:30 a.m. on July 19, 2024. Although the departure time was relatively early, the faces of the members were full of excitement, promising an exciting trip. After stopping for breakfast, the convoy continued its journey and the fun time of interaction began. The MC stirred up the atmosphere with interesting games, sometimes challenging the whole group. The excitement on the bus was pushed to a high level with special performances. VISCer was not only good at his profession but also possessed an extremely emotional and energetic singing voice. Even the children on the bus actively participated, making the atmosphere on the bus extremely fun and relaxing. Thanks to that, the trip became shorter than ever.

Stage 2: Exciting and cohesive teambuilding

After having lunch, checking in at the hotel and resting, at 3:45 p.m. all members of the group were present at Xuan Thanh beach to participate in the carefully prepared teambuilding activities. Following the group check-in, the word arrangement activity took place very interestingly. The big VISC family held hands together to form the VISC lettering standing out on the white sand as a testament to the strong bond, the spirit of "Together We Grow" that we always strive to build together. Then there were extremely unique games demonstrating the team spirit of the VISC collective. In each game, each individual not only unleashed their own energy but also demonstrated creativity and good coordination among team members. Through the teambuilding activities, the organizers also integrated and conveyed the message about the core values ​​that VISC Group strives for "Speed ​​- Pioneer - Optimization - Dedication - Respect - Compatibility".

Stage 3: Return to the history

After the exciting atmosphere of teambuilding activities and relaxing moments at Muong Thanh Xuan Thanh Hotel, VISC Group's journey continued to stop at the sacred and heroic historical site of Dong Loc T-junction. The tour helped the VISC group deeply engrave "the image of a generation of Vietnamese youth living with ideals, being responsible, fighting bravely and tenaciously for the cause of national liberation; a Northern rear area full of enthusiasm, ready to sacrifice, and devote all their strength to support the South; a resilient Ha Tinh fighting with the army and people of the whole country against the most powerful imperialist invader in the world. In particular, the contributions and sacrifices of 10 female youth volunteers at Dong Loc T-junction are a beautiful symbol of Vietnamese women in the cause of liberation".

Also in the itinerary, the VISC delegation visited Uncle Ho's hometown in Nam Dan - Nghe An, listening to the story of the birth and upbringing of the great national hero of the Vietnamese people. Thereby, arousing the young generation of VISC about the sense of responsibility and courage to contribute values ​​to society.

Stage 4: Gala Dinner Night - Explosive Emotions

On the evening of July 20, all VISCers gathered at Nui Hong restaurant in the Muong Thanh hotel to attend the most anticipated Gala Dinner of the trip. The program opened with a summary of the journey in the first half of 2024 with achievements and results that recognized the efforts of the VISC Group. This was followed by a speech by VISC Group CEO Nguyen Van Xuan expressing gratitude for the contributions of each member over the past time and calling for drastic actions and efforts to reach the 2024 finish line according to the set goals. After the opening ceremony, all VISCers joined the party with exciting and enthusiastic performances and extremely interesting and witty minigames. At the end of the party, the whole hall became hotter than ever as everyone joined in the fiery melodies and passionate group dances.

The 3-day, 2-night journey ended, but the echoes of the trip still linger in each VISCer. Returning to the beloved capital, with a new and energetic atmosphere after the trip, we will strive to devote ourselves to new projects and designs to complete the brilliant year 2024.
