Rigid frame structure & dual hydraulic cylinders

The base of HARSLE Smart CNC press brake WE67K is a sturdy one-piece frame made from factory-approved high-yield steel that is precise and reliable with a 10-year warranty on standard machines.

Dual hydraulic cylinders located on either side of the ram provide faster approach speeds. The cylinders are synchronized to provide smooth movement resulting in precise ram positioning to 0.0004'' accuracy.

Wide frame spacing

HARSLE Smart CNC press brake WE67K produces can easily accommodate parts with deep curves and long tooling requirements due to our open space design. HARSLE's Smart-bend series CNC sheet metal bending machines typically have deeper shaft-to-machining center distances, larger opening heights and longer stroke lengths than any other manufacturer on the market.

Compensation system

Manual and CNC adjustable compensation systems ensure a constant bending angle over the entire length of the machine. This is achieved by applying a preload to the machine, to compensate for any deflection that may occur under load or to compensate for any tool wear, so that the contact surfaces under load are parallel to the together.

With the CNC control system, the press brake control is pre-programmed with machine characteristics and deflection data. With manual editing, you can easily develop a simple spreadsheet or chart for each application.

Alignment system
