Aluminum casting technology for shaping products (mass production)

Aluminum casting and product shaping technology is the process of making aluminum products by pouring molten aluminum into molds to create products with the desired shape and size. This process usually includes the following steps:

1. Prepare the casting mold: The casting mold is usually made of steel or steel alloy to withstand the high temperature of molten aluminum. The mold will have a shape and detail that corresponds to the final product.

2. Smelting aluminum: Aluminum raw materials, usually aluminum alloys, are melted in a furnace to create molten aluminum.

3. Pouring aluminum into the mold: Molten aluminum is poured into the mold through transmission systems or liquid pumps.

4. Cooling and opening the mold: After the aluminum material has been poured into the mold and solidified, the mold is opened and the aluminum product is removed.

5. Product finishing: The product is finished through additional processing steps such as cutting, grinding, plating, or painting depending on the final requirements of the product.
